Welcome to REME. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REME mobile application and related services (the "App"). REME is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Arizona, United States. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
REME ("REME," "we," "us," or "our") provides an application that lets you log concerts and live-music experiences, generate shareable ticket stubs, track statistics and badges, view venues on a map, save setlists, discover upcoming shows, and connect with other users. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and REME.
You must be at least 13 years old to use REME. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
REME lets you add content such as concert entries, photos, videos, notes, and other materials ("User Content"). As between you and REME:

REME uses and displays information from third-party services (for example, event, venue, artist, and setlist data). This information is provided by those third parties, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. The App may also link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as social media apps you share to); your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. REME is not responsible for third-party content or services.
The App, including its design, features, logos, and branding (but excluding your User Content and third-party content), is owned by REME and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as expressly permitted.
REME lets you create and share ticket stubs and other content, including to third-party platforms. When you choose to share content, you are responsible for what you share and where you share it. Content you share publicly or to other platforms may be visible to others beyond your control.
REME may be offered as a beta or pre-release version. This means the App may contain bugs, may change, and may be interrupted or discontinued. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. During this period, the App is provided on an "as available" basis.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING EVENT, VENUE, OR SETLIST DATA) IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REME AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. TO THE EXTENT LIABILITY CANNOT BE FULLY EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE APP (IF ANY) OR USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REME and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or any law or the rights of a third party.
You may stop using REME and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses already granted to others, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
