Terms of Service

Welcome to REME. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the REME mobile application and related services (the "App"). REME is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Arizona, United States. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

REME is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1. Who We Are

REME ("REME," "we," "us," or "our") provides an application that lets you log concerts and live-music experiences, generate shareable ticket stubs, track statistics and badges, view venues on a map, save setlists, discover upcoming shows, and connect with other users. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and REME.

You must be at least 13 years old to use REME. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

REME uses and displays information from third-party services (for example, event, venue, artist, and setlist data). This information is provided by those third parties, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability. The App may also link to or integrate with third-party platforms (such as social media apps you share to); your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. REME is not responsible for third-party content or services.

7. REME's Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, logos, and branding (but excluding your User Content and third-party content), is owned by REME and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App except as expressly permitted.

8. Sharing and Shareable Stubs

REME lets you create and share ticket stubs and other content, including to third-party platforms. When you choose to share content, you are responsible for what you share and where you share it. Content you share publicly or to other platforms may be visible to others beyond your control.

9. Beta / Pre-Release Notice

REME may be offered as a beta or pre-release version. This means the App may contain bugs, may change, and may be interrupted or discontinued. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. During this period, the App is provided on an "as available" basis.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REME and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms or any law or the rights of a third party.

You may stop using REME and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses already granted to others, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
